In April, MoveSmart was successfully introduced for the marketing warehouse for trade fair equipment.
This warehouse is used to store a wide variety of platforms, stands and boxes for the various international trade fairs. Thanks to MoveSmart, the boxes are no longer just lying around in our warehouse but can be tracked and traced at any time when they are sent to different countries. A Bluetooth tracker has been attached to each individual pedestal, which not only shows you where the pedestals are at the moment, but also whether they have any defects or whether the appropriate products are also displayed in the boxes.
A large wooden box with a GPS tracker attached to it is used to transport the pedestals and display stands. This is then used to store 1-4 of the pedestals or stands. The app can then be used to track whether the crates arrive at the right destination on time by truck, for example at a trade fair, or how many boxes, pedestals and stands are currently in use in another country.
This saves us a lot of storage and logistics costs and gives us a good overview of where all the exhibition furniture is.
