Description
MIRA ALPHA BK is an innovative technical upgrade of the MIRA ICE BK product line for grinding large and special gears. With the new ALPHA technology from Tyrolit, previously unattainable results can be achieved in terms of efficiency and cool grinding. Shorter grinding times and longer dressing cycles significantly reduce machining costs and tool costs per component. In addition, the grinding burn tendency is reduced despite increased grinding parameters, making the grinding process safer. The new grit geometry and quality of the ALPHA technology guarantee significantly improved surface qualities on the component.
