These requirements relate primarily to the automotive (crankshafts and camshafts) and steel industry (roll grinding). High process stability
Consistent product quality from the first to the last meter characterise FaceTec MF belts. Production and packing take place exclusively under clean room conditions to prevent contamination with foreign bodies. This minimizes surface flaws on the part and achieves an even result.
High economic efficiency
FaceTec MF belts feature extreme easy-cutting finish characteristics. This enables cycle times to be reduced and costs optimised. On the reverse of the belt, there is a clear marking which is intended to prevent incorrect fitting of the belt, thereby preventing long set-up times.
Broad product portfolio
FaceTec MF belts are available in all common versions. Belt widths of up to 500 mm and belt lengths up to 300 m are available.
High service level
