The PREMIUM Quick-Change Discs with ceramic grit and additional abrasive surface layer offer maximum removal in applications with high grinding pressure. By using an additional coating, the stock removal process is supported without heating the processed surface and clogging of the wheel is prevented. This makes the product perfectly suited for processing stainless steel, as the additional layer has a cooling effect and thus prevents discolorations on the workpiece. The ceramic grit has a high cutting ability, is more aggressive and allows for faster stock removal rates compared to the zirconium version. Through the strong adhesion and the high-quality abrasive grain, an excellent lifetime of the product is guaranteed. The Quick-Change discs are available in two different mounting options, in order to cover various tool types.
