Description

The PREMIUM SCM discs are made of the specially developed “Scrim Back” material, which is characterised by a high grain binder structure. This guarantees long tool lifetime and uniformly machined surfaces. The wheels can be mounted on different supporting discs. The product is available in three versions: 1. With pre-punched centre hole, 2. With bore for clamping by means of metal ring, 3: Without bore for supporting disc with Velcro fastening system. The material is available in three aluminium oxide designs for different applications: coarse (brown), medium (red) and very fine (blue)

For reducing surface roughness, smoothing surfaces, cleaning and removing welding seams, as well as deburring edges.
