Description

The PREMIUM SCM Heavy Duty (HD) wheels enable high grinding power with low surface roughness. This is not least due to the material composition, which consists of a ceramic-coated aluminium oxide grain, so it supports aggressive machining processes. Due to the high removal rate, several grinding processes can be reduced to one machining step. The wheels can be mounted on different supporting discs. The product is available in three versions: 1. With pre-punched centre hole, 2. With bore for clamping by means of metal ring, 3: Without bore for supporting disc with Velcro fastening system.

For reducing surface roughness, smoothing surfaces, cleaning and removing welding seams and deburring edges.
