CSS REGULATOR

Centreless grinding, both in the through feed and plunge cut process, enables round parts to be produced particularly precisely and efficiently. The regulating wheel controls the grinding process and therefore significantly determines the quality of the components produced. The CSS REGULATOR from Tyrolit is manufactured in a unitised design. Very high compaction ensures homogeneous quality of the wheel. In addition, the special epoxy resin bond BR60/63 ensures a reliable drive of the workpiece. The elastic bond matrix perfectly compensates for irregularities in the workpiece and thus generates uniform grinding pressure over the entire length of the grinding wheel.
