STARTEC CG

STARTEC CG combines the innovative lightweight technology "N-LW" with a diamond grain of the highest quality and thus raises the standard in centreless through-feed grinding to a new level. The low weight of the grinding wheel protects the machine spindle, reduces the energy required and makes handling in production much easier. At the same time, the grinding tools guarantee the highest surface finish and optimum roundness / straightness of the workpieces. The damping effect of the N-LW core also increases the lifetime of the grinding wheel. This enables the use of coarser abrasive grains while offering the same surface finish compared to competing products. This also results in higher stock removal. The wheels are manufactured individually according to customer requirements and are available in all common specifications. In addition, the grinding layer can be designed by combining different grit sizes across the wheel width for rough grinding and finishing in a single pass.
