Description
The MIRA ALPHA product line was specially developed for the continuous generating grinding of gears as a technical upgrade to the MIRA ICE product line. With the new ALPHA technology from Tyrolit, previously unattainable results can be achieved in terms of efficiency and cool grinding. Shorter grinding times and longer dressing cycles significantly reduce machining costs and tool costs per component. In addition, the grinding burn tendency is reduced despite increased grinding parameters, making the grinding process safer. The new grit geometry and quality of the ALPHA technology guarantee significantly improved surface qualities on the component.
