Features

Gentle dressing process—The specially selected combination of grit size and bond hardness enables a gentle dressing process to be achieved for diamond and CBN wheels.

Reduced grinding pressure—By limiting the wheel width to 12 mm, even sensitive layers can be dressed with minimal grinding pressure. Dressing wheels with a 20 mm width should only be used for layer widths greater than 15 mm.

Description

These dressing wheels are used for dressing all types of diamond and CBN grinding wheels, regardless of their bond systems. Sensitive layers can also be dressed with minimal grinding pressure. Please be aware that electroplated wheels cannot be dressed with them. The silicon carbide wheels are available in 200 - 250 mm diameters.
