Description

MIRA ULTRA was specially developed for continuous generating grinding of gears. All specifications are produced without the addition of sintered aluminium oxide and combine high performance data with optimum cost-effectiveness. High dressing cycles, reduced shift paths and increased stock removal rates, combined with low acquisition costs, minimise machining costs per component. The innovative grinding wheel design was specially developed for operating speeds of up to 100 m/s and enables safe operation on modern high-speed machines. The homogeneous grinding wheel structure in combination with the usual Tyrolit quality standards guarantees consistently high gear quality across the entire batch size. Selected MIRA ULTRA worm grinding wheels are kept in stock and then customised to meet individual customer requirements.
