Description
The new PREMIUM rough grinding wheels for cast iron from Tyrolit guarantee you, depending on the variant, the longest lifetimes or increased application comfort. While the HARD variant (S) is the first choice for the most difficult applications with the highest pressure, the MEDIUM variant (R) offers you a more comfortable alternative to reduce vibrations during daily work and increase operator comfort on cast materials. In addition, the assortment is supplemented by a SOFT variant (P), which offers maximum comfort with low pressure. This helps to prevent occupational diseases such as musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders and circulatory disorders such as white finger disease. Additionally, the SOFT design is also suitable for removing cast skin and sandings. The new rough grinding wheels are specially designed for high-frequency machines and air-powered turbine angle grinders. Edge chipping becomes a rarity with this roughing wheel. The highest performance tool was developed for universal application on cast iron with lamellar graphite (GJL) and spheroidal cast iron (GJS) and is used for surface grinding as well as deburring work and fettling.
