PREMIUM A-P01 C X spindle-mounted flap wheels

The PREMIUM A-P01 C X spindle-mounted flap wheels made of corundum fabric are available in different dimensions and shaft sizes. Continuous wear of the coated abrasive, as well as the constant exposure of new abrasive grit is ensured, due to the radial arrangement of the flaps. As a result, a consistently improved grinding performance is achieved. The high flexibility of the flaps ensures excellent adaptability to irregular profiles and, due to constant ventilation during the machining process, the working surface is only moderately heated. While the flap wheels with 3mm shaft are characterised by their exceptionally small dimensions, the 6mm version represents the most versatile abrasive tool from this product group. Its high durability predestines them for the most diverse applications and materials.
