Tyrolit's GENIS 2 FT grinding tools are equipped with a fibre-reinforced composite backing and are suitable for numerous applications in external cylindrical grinding. In addition to a weight reduction of up to 70 per cent, this tool concept is characterised by special damping properties, which guarantee improved grinding results and increased tool life. Genis 2 FT is a cost-effective alternative to GENIS 2 CF, which is particularly relevant for industries where a thought-out balance between performance and cost is crucial.
