Product information

Description

Tyrolit sells a wide assortment of tools tailored to various grinding machines and tooth pitches. They are suitable for dry and wet grinding for HSS, chrome vanadium and stellite saws. The products are available with different edge profiles; shape 1, 1F, 1C, in diameters ranging from 150 to 350 mm.

Features

High profile retention:
Pre-profiled two-layer wheels for tooth profiles with small transition radii.
For wet grinding:
The resinoid bond has been specially designed for wet grinding. There are two grain qualities and two grades in one saw sharpening wheel.
Adapted to the surface requirement:
The special aluminium oxides and sintered aluminium oxide mixtures are tailored to the various surface requirements due to the grit size and bond hardness.
