HOW DO WE SUPPORT THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF OUR EMPLOYEES?

 

As an international group we are able to offer a whole variety of scope for development. We support employees who take such opportunities as this in turn helps us to get our junior managers from our own ranks.
 

Several of our locations offer

  • a competent apprenticeship training  in a variety of trades and professions.
  • trainee programs e.g. for marketing or application engineering. These programs prepare the employees perfectly and extensively for their future responsibility within the company.
  • broad opportunities for further training and development
  • temporary foreign assignments

Students can take their first development steps before joining the company, e.g. with

  • an internship or
  • a thesis
